And this material is not a reaction to the situation that is in front of you, it’s an unprocessed memory from the past.
Most of our beliefs are formed when we’re from 0-to 7 years old. And later these beliefs are reinforced.
Our beliefs are stored in the subconscious but also in the body and emotions.
