Our beliefs are stored in the subconscious and the body and emotions.
And even on the surface, you do self-development work, read books and do courses.
But there is something inside of you that holds you back; it’s somewhere deeper that you can’t reach just by reflecting or analysing or through affirmations.
Inner limitations show up in the way you feel about yourself, e.g.
when you feel small; when you judge yourself.
When you reject some part of yourself.
When you act compulsively, in addictions.
When you have an over-proportional emotional reaction to something or someone.
When you get sick because of psychosomatic reasons;
When it feels that you live someone else’s life, not truly know yourself.
