About Me

My name is Alsu Kashapova and I’m a certified Breathing trainer with over 1000s hours of training in a range of different breathing methodologies – From conscious breathing techniques like energy breathing, stress management, deep relaxation, health improvement and longevity, spiritual liberation, to pranayama rebirth breathing.

My passion for breathwork was “love at first breath” when I first experienced it in 2014. This single session had an immediate (and unexpected) effect on my mind, body, emotions, and spirit, and I quickly realized that I had stumbled upon a practice that was as simple as it was effective.

I have since taught the Breathwork at international events and conferences, facilitated group sessions in front of hundreds of participants, spoken on the TEDx stage, and conducted numerous private sessions for my clients.
Today, my mission is to help the world how dramatically elevate their lives… One breath at a time.
